Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The rooms on the 7th floor were absolutely massive and featured a large TV, safe, decent closet space, a huge bathroom with both shower and bath, and all the amenities one could wish for. It truly felt like the last word in luxury, comfort, and cleanliness. The location was a bit isolated, providing a calm and wonderful atmosphere, yet still close enough to enjoy the surrounding areas. The service was exceptional, with polite and hardworking staff members like Nihal and Gajanan going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The dining experience was nothing short of fantastic, especially the buffet lunch at Al Orjouan and the Friday brunch at Ritz-Carlton. Overall, a top-notch experience worth every penny!
I highly recommend booking a stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a lovely view, well-equipped, and at a satisfactory degree of cleanliness compared to the price. The team members, from Chef Sofyan Alasmi to supervisors Abhanih Macawali and Joshy Joseph, were very cordial, friendly, efficient, and pro-active. The location is great, offering a huge area overseeing the diplomatic quarters and on the ring road, albeit a bit out of the way. The dining experience was excellent, with great choice and good quality ingredients. Overall, a fantastic choice for accommodation, with a couple of minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious with a lovely view and well-equipped, offering great value for the price charged. The service, especially from Mamdouh, struck the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. The location was amazing, right in the center of Riyadh, away from congested areas, and the dining experience was excellent despite a small hiccup with coffee charges. Overall, a wonderful experience.
I had a great experience at the hotel as a whole, but there were some drawbacks to consider. The rooms, while well-prepared for disabilities, were on the expensive side. However, they were excellent in every other aspect, though on the smaller side.
The hotel is located in a vast area overlooking the diplomatic quarters and the ring road, offering a royal-like treatment. While the rooms are well-decorated and neat, the lack of USB charging plugs is a minor inconvenience. The extremely friendly and well-trained service, including the exceptional Mr Jehangir, enhances the overall experience. The dining offers a variety of choices, including seafood and sushi, but some dishes could be tastier. The isolated location surrounded by government and diplomatic areas may make access a bit challenging, but it provides a serene atmosphere for a luxurious stay.
