I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very large, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing view. The service exceeded my expectations, except for one encounter at the front desk. The location was perfect for exploring central Budapest, and the dining experience offered a great variety of delicious options. Staying at this hotel was a dream! The enormous bed in the room was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the view from the top floor over Budapest was stunning. The location, just behind the main shopping area and close to all key attractions, couldn't have been better. However, the dining experience, while good, could have been more exclusive, and in-room espresso would have been a nice touch.

The double beds were spacious and well designed. The location was superb, centrally located within walking distance to the Danube, and directly opposite the busy Erzsebet Ter Park. The dining experience in the stylish Kupola Lounge was delightful, offering a wide range of choices. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with lovely views of the square and Christmas Markets, well-appointed with a variety of amenities, but the shower was surprisingly small. The dining experience, while good in quality, lacks a variety of authentic Hungarian dishes. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and facilities.
The hotel is centrally located right near the park, Iron/Chain Bridge, and Danube foreshore, offering a great setting for visitors. The rooms are spacious with magnificent views of the park, St Stephen's Basilica, and the Budapest Eye, truly living up to the 5-star rating. The service provided by the staff, from maids to the dining team, is outstanding, making it hard to leave the hotel and go sightseeing.
